Good movie, buttttt....... - The Da Vinci Code Reviews

The movie is good in parts, but doesnt capture the book very well. I dont know but hollywood has often failed to convert great books into great movies. Tom Hanks is adequate, Audrey looks childish with him, Ian McKellen steals the show. Paul is good a Silas. The charecterization and protrayal of the charecters in the Book is not Depicted well in the movie. BUT ALL THAT SAID THE MOVIE IS STILL WORTH A WATCH FOR THE PRICE OF YOUR TICKET, MAYBE YOU WOULD LOVE THE MOVIE IF YOU HAD'NT READ THE BOOK. Whether or not it is true I dont see a reason why you shouldnt see the movie. You could still enjoy it as a thriller rather than thinking deeply into the religion.
